Amazon can be a great place to look for Green & Eco Friendly items. Many shoppers look to Amazon to stock up on goods, find deals for holiday shopping or use it as an opportunity to try new things. There are tens of thousands of items to sort through. Don’t worry! I’ve done the difficult work for you. I’ve created the Amazon Shopping Guide: Green & Eco Friendly Picks. Below I have compiled my favorite items available on Amazon that I approve as being better choices.

• Food: What the heck should I eat? If you are just beginning your wellness journey with food or are looking for a deeper understanding of the current food system, this is THE book to have. Dr. Hyman never disappoints.

• The Dirt Cure- Healthy Food, Happy Gut, Happy Child: If you are looking for a book about children’s health, how food may affect them and what you can do to keep them healthy, look no further. This is it. A must for all parents.

• Feeding You Lies: How to Unravel the Food Industry’s Playbook and Reclaim your Health– If you are interested in labels, marketing, ingredients and all of the tricks the food industry tries to play, you will love this book. One of my favorites.
